The two structurally identical office buildings, located in the sub-district of Tegel in north-west Berlin, are part of the “Borsigwerke” protected heritage complex. They stand out with their remarkable brick façade and the conspicuous building footprint with its acute corners.
The office buildings, which were built in 1998, consist of six floors above ground and one basement level. Directly next to Borsigturm, at the southern entrance to the “Hallen am Borsigturm” shopping centre, lies the “Borsigwerke” underground stop, about 200 metres from the property.
DVI co-owns the property together with a long-term project partner, each holding an identical interest.more News
