Hildburghauser Strasse

The very leafy, well-maintained and family-friendly residential complex in the southern Berlin district of Tempelhof-Schöneberg (Marienfelde subdistrict), built in 1994-1996 using solid construction, comprises eight apartment buildings, which include some shops and office and consulting room space on the ground and 1st floors, and an underground car park. Transport connections are excellent; daycare centres, schools, playgrounds, supermarkets and doctors are all within walking distance.

The apartments are equipped with balconies, loggias or conservatories. Individual storage cellars, lifts and district heating are provided.

DVI holds the property through a property fund in which it owns a majority stake.

The DVI Group also owns the neighbouring residential complex of the same type (built in the first phase of construction).
