Lindenstrasse

The residential complex, built in 1995-1996 using solid construction, is located in the south-east of Berlin in the Köpenick are (Treptow-Köpenick district) between Lindenstrasse and the banks of the River Spree. It comprises a row of apartment buildings each with six or seven floors, with an underground car park below.

Boat rentals and restaurants can be found on the riverbank; facilities such as schools, daycare centres and shopping facilities are also close by.

The family-friendly apartments are equipped with balconies and individual cellars. There is a playground for residents in the landscaped courtyard.

DVI holds the property through a property fund in which it owns a majority stake.
