DVI is a fully integrated real estate group investing long-term in residential and commercial real estate.

We hold and manage our energy efficient portfolio in our holding companies Wohn-Union and Deutsche Bürohaus.

With over 20,000 acquisitions since 2011, DVI is a market leader in the purchase of closed-end real estate funds.

D.V.I. Deutsche Vermögens- und Immobilienverwaltungs GmbH was established in Berlin 20 years ago and has since evolved into an integrated real estate group.

Modern residential complexes form the Group’s core. DVI’s residential buildings are fully let, located mainly in Berlin, and with a moderate average monthly rent of € 8.93 per square meter. Their appearance is the result of the Group’s proactive approach to maintenance and repairs. Over 90% exhibit an energy efficiency certificate of B, C or A.

Property management of the 11.690 apartments is rendered primarily by Wohn-Union Immobilienmanagement GmbH, the offices of which are open to our tenants each day of the week.

DVI’s larger residential complexes offer the tenants janitor offices on site. Smaller apartment buildings are serviced by DVI’s travelling teams, who serve the tenants regularly (and, if need be, on short notice). (As of 31.12.2024)

Commercial buildings form the second pillar of the Group. DVI’s modern office buildings are in large cities such as Berlin, Erfurt, and Leipzig. Our tenants include local, regional, national and international companies and state bodies such as federal agencies and public health insurances.

Property management services are rendered primarily by DBH Hausverwaltung which also supervises remodelling works for new offices or shops.

In 2011 DVI expanded its acquisition mode to include fund takeovers. In such takeovers, a DVI company purchases from dozens or hundreds of fundholders their shareholding in the fund.

With over 20,000 fund units taken from as many individual sellers DVI may be the most active purchaser in Germany’s secondary market for closed-end real estate funds.

DVI as Employer

With the issuance of the first listed bond of € 350 million, DVI evolved into a so-called capital market-oriented company.

Some of our companies are certified training companies. We currently employ 7 “Azubis”.
