DVI’s Deutsche Bürohaus lets 7,530 square meter in Erfurt to the State of Thuringia

Deutsche Bürohaus GmbH, part of the DVI Group signs the State of Thuringia as office tenant in Erfurt. The building, acquired in 2017, will undergo an extensive revitalization. Goldbeck has been commissioned for the construction works. Completion of the offices with approximately 8.688 square metres, of which the State of Thuringia will occupy 7,530 square metres, is schedule for the 1st quarter of 2026.

The construction permit obtained by DVI also includes a new residential neighbourhood named „Altonaer Höfe“ with 100 apartments for rents. The location is just a few hundred metres away from the Central Train Station and Erfurt’s historic city centre.
