Immobilien Zeitung, a leading German real estate weekly, reported on November 23, 2022:

DVI has leased 5,000 sqm of office space in Annaberger Strasse in Chemnitz to the Federal Agency for Real Estate Agency (Bima) on a long-term basis.

DVI has acquired a residential complex with 65 units and around 5,800 square meters of total rental space in Berlin-Reinickendorf.

DVI has acquired three residential and commercial buildings with a total leasable area of 3,200 square meters in the direct vicinity of the new ICE-City Erfurt urban development project.

DVI Group has recorded further leasing successes in the Erfurt office market. The company has leased a total of 1,900 square meters of office space at Erfurt-Weimar Airport and in the new city quarter at Europaplatz.

DVI has leased around 6,000 square meters of office space in Erfurt. The new tenant at Melchior-Bauer-Strasse 5 in the Bindersleben district is the Thuringian State Office for Construction and Transport,
