DVI issues its Green Finance Framework, thereby codifying its sustainability goals into a framework for future financings. Energy-efficient building stock forms the core of the DVI Group, with over half residential heating areas featuring energy efficiency certificates of at least “B” (and over 92% featuring at least “C”).
Following industry standards, DVI solicited a so-called Second Party Opinion on its framework by an external agency. We are proud to inform that Sustainable Fitch issued an ‘excellent’ rating on the framework and confirmed its alignment with relevant guidelines (e.g. ICMA Green Bond Principles).
