DVI Group sells residential complex in Berlin-Lichtenberg

DVI Group (DVI), an owner of residential and office real estate, has sold a residential ensemble of 654 residential units in Berlin. The fully let properties in the Berlin district of Hohenschönhausen were built in 1987 in prefabricated concrete slab construction and have a total of around 45,000 square metres of lettable space. JLL acted as intermediary in the transaction.

The DVI Group has held a significant stake in the fund property since 2013. Between 1991 and 1994, the eleven-storey buildings were extensively renovated and modernised, including the addition of balconies and loggias. The residential complex, located in the Berlin district of Lichtenberg, has excellent connections to the public transport network.
