This property in the Chemnitz district of Bernsdorf, not far from the Chemnitz University of Technology and just under three kilometres south of the city centre, was built in 1988 using prefabricated concrete construction and was extensively refurbished and modernised by the previous owner in 2018-2019 to improve energy efficiency.
