Münchehagenstrasse and surrounding areas

The residential complex, built in 1998 using solid construction, is located in the north of Berlin in the Karow area (Pankow district) and comprises a row of apartment buildings with five storeys and extended gable roofs. All apartments are rent-controlled subsidised social housing.

The apartments are equipped with balconies/loggias and individual storage cellars. There are children’s playgrounds for residents in the courtyard, parking pockets for cars facing the street, planted front gardens and deciduous trees.

DVI holds the property through a property fund in which it owns a majority stake.

The DVI Group holds another large residential complex in the immediate vicinity.
