Pfannschmidtstrasse and surrounding areas

This residential complex, built in 1997 using a solid construction in the north-eastern Berlin district of Pankow (Karow subdistrict), consists of four five-storey structures that are accessed via 16 staircases.

The apartments are equipped with balconies and individual basements. Daycare centres, schools and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Towards the street are small parking zones in front of the entrance and rows of trees.

DVI holds the property through a property fund in which it owns a majority stake.
