Schlachthofstrasse and others

This complex, built in 1995/1997, is located in the centre of Erfurt, to the north of the old town, and consists of two blocks. Erfurt’s main railway station can be reached within a few minutes via a tram stop about 200 metres away.

The street-facing side of the building includes some retail units and, primarily, office space. The rear part comprises office space and depots.

The office space is let long-term to a company within the Deutsche Bahn Group.
